Cupcake Slidders

Moved back into college.. so my crafting is on halt. But there are many ways to be creative in college. But first, I'm going to share something from a party I went to this summer.

Now, these are NOT SLIDDERS! These are cupcakes. They were made with two types of cupcakes, vanilla (the buns) and chocolate (the patties). The lettuce, ketchup, and mustard are all different colored icing and the sesame seeds is sugar. Something fun and creative for any summer cookout. 

Yarn Letters

So I'm moving into a house this Fall for school and instead of spending tons of money on things to decorate (I'm on a student's income) I'm finding things and turning it all into what I want. My first find were these letters. When looking for something to do with them I saw these:

It was perfect because those were the two letters I needed. So I went out and bought some yarn and this is how it turned out.

There's always a First

This is my first blog, and therefore my first blog post. I figured I would just explain what this blog is all about.

As my first year in college, a lot has been opened up to me and one big idea has been creativity. I've always been creative, in design, writing, drawing(doodling), and in many other aspects. It has only been recently that I have actually outwardly used my talents. I have become quite crafty and started writing my novel once again. I'm sure you all will here much about both things if you follow my other posts. 

I will post my different crafts and some parts of my novel, Oblivious Legacy. I hope you all keep reading and I will have more posts coming up. There will also be other posts of things that happen to be effecting my life at the moment. But they will all be interesting. That's a promise.
